Several rounds of thunderstorms with heavy rains changed into a steady all-day rain, resulting in flooding of rivers and streams in Sheboygan County. Up to 3.5 inches of rain fell in the city of Sheboygan Falls, on top of a saturated ground. The Sheboygan River at Sheboygan Falls flooded adjacent low-lying roads, fields, and parks, resulting in minor damage.
