Intense thunderstorms dumped torrential rainfall over the northern and eastern suburbs of Baltimore City. Storm totals were estimated between 3.5 and 4 inches in less than 2 hours in the hardest hit areas. In Randallstown, the parking lot of a strip mall was under water.
