Flash Flood — May 27, 2016

On the evening of May 27 a few scattered storms moved through the area, bringing some marginally severe hail and wind gusts. There was also some isolated flooding with these heavy rain producers.

Flash Flood — Oct 2, 2014

Several rounds of thunderstorms, producing large hail, damaging winds and heavy rains, developed over eastern Kansas and tracked east into western Missouri during the afternoon and evening hours of October 1st. The storms developed in the vicinity of a quasi-stationary boundary as an upper-level shortwave trough tracked through the region.

Flash Flood — Jul 30, 2010

Severe thunderstorms were observed over much of the area, during the afternoon and evening hours of July 30, 2010. There were two funnel cloud reports, and several reports of damaging winds and flash flooding.
