Rising water levels on the Aroostook River due to rain and snowmelt led to minor flooding and the closure of a portion of the Russell Road...at Fort Fairfield...during the evening of the 11th. The road remained closed overnight. The road was re-opened again during the morning of the 12th with falling river levels.
