Two organized lines of thunderstorms moved into eastern Oklahoma during the morning of the 10th, and merged as they moved into northwestern Arkansas. A swath of locally heavy rainfall occurred across west central Arkansas, with three to six inches falling across Sebastian County, subsequently resulting in flash flooding.
