A flash flood was observed along Cedar Creek to the confluence of the Big Thompson River and Highway 34. Debris accumulated behind a bridge along an access road to a neighborhood on Cedar Brook Lane. A significant debris flow continued down Cedar Creek to Cedar Lane. Fifteen residents were stranded temporarily. Minor flooding was observed along a private road near Masonville.
