Heavy Rain

A complex of showers and storms moved across southeast Minnesota during the morning and afternoon of June 13th. Rainfall from this activity was generally in the 1.5 to 3 inch range and was enough to cause some street flooding to occur in Winona (Winona County) and send water over some rural intersections southwest of Ridgeway (Winona County) and near New Hartford (Winona County).
