Abundant monsoon moisture remained over the Four Corners region. This led to another round of showers and thunderstorms across southeast Utah. Storms were slow moving and produced heavy rain. A debris flow occurred on the Pack Creek Fire burn scar as a result of a large amount of heavy rain in a short period of time.
