Storms repeatedly moved across portions of northeast Iowa during the evening of July 5th. Radar estimates suggest between 3 and 4 inches of rain fell from these storms which resulted in some localized flash flooding. Rocks and other debris were pushed onto some roads near McGregor (Clayton County).
