A frontal boundary lingered over central GA and weakened while a mid level low deepened across southeast GA and lifted northeastward. A broad surface low was over the Suwannee Valley. Weak steering flow allowed both sea breezes to push inland in the afternoon and combined with high moisture with PWATs around 2-2.2 inches resulted in |scattered to numerous showers and storms.
