With localized instability supporting their development, heavy showers formed over portions of Oahu and the Big Island. The precipitation produced small stream and drainage ditch flooding, and ponding on roadways. Some of the precipitation was heavy enough to cause flash flooding in leeward Big Island on the 25th. However, there were no reports of significant property damage or injuries.
