Coastal Flood — Kuskokwim Delta, AK

Oct 2, 2022

Ex-Typhoon Kulap's earlier impacts to the western Aleutians at the end of September were followed by more minor impacts to portions of the Southwest coast as the remnant low tracked very slowly east across the Bering Sea. High waves and elevated water levels were observed along parts of the Kuskokwim Delta Coast as the filling low pressure drifted near the Southwest coastline before the system was absorbed by another low pressure system moving into the Bering by October 3rd.
