The remnants of Tropical Depression Nicole moved up through the Central Appalachians on the evening of November 11th. Simultaneously, a cold front swept through the Ohio Valley and arrived into southeast Ohio during the afternoon and evening hours, contributing to periods of moderate to heavy rainfall.
