A cluster of showers and storms pushed into south-central Pennsylvania from the southwest during the evening of July 15, 2023. Additional showers and storms developed farther to the northeast from the middle Susquehanna Valley northeastward into the Endless Mountains region. Sporadic wind damage was observed with both areas of storms, and the northeastern area of storms began training which led to flash flooding in portions of Lycoming County.
