A cold front supported scattered heavy rain-producing thunderstorms across Northeastern Pennsylvania. Multiple storms moved very slowly over the same townships of Lackawanna, Wayne and Pike counties. A very small area of 3 to 5 inches of rainfall triggered flooding of roads and a local business.
