The first of many rounds of rain moved into the state by daybreak on July 2nd. Periods of moderate to heavy rain continued through most of the day before ending by evening. Most areas of the state received 1 to 2��� of rain, with the heaviest rain corridor occurring across the Seacoast region of Rockingham and Strafford Counties where 2 to 3������ of rainfall occurred.
