Rain spread into southeast Ohio on the morning of January 24th and continued through much of the day as a slow moving system entered the Middle Ohio Valley. Heaviest rain amounts occurred as the system moved by overnight, resulting in a swath of 1 to 2 inches of precipitation over southeastern Ohio.
