A strong coastal system pushing offshore resulted in increasing surge values upwards of 2-3 feet above the astronomical tides, which will resulted widespread and impactful |coastal flooding issues with the high tides on February 13th. The peak of the surge coincided with the high tide along much of the Atlantic coast of Delaware.
