A storm system produced moderate to locally heavy rainfall across Orange and San Bernardino Counties, with lesser amounts farther south and east. Over an inch of rain fell across the aforementioned areas, with some locations seeing up to 3 inches of rain. One to two feet of snow fell across the San Bernardino County Mountains. While lesser rain fell across San Diego County, locally heavy rain rates lead to several traffic incidents.
