Slow moving severe thunderstorms produced hail and very heavy rainfall which resulted in flash flooding over the extreme western and southwestern Texas Panhandle during the late evening and early morning hours. Some homes were damaged by high water in the southwest Texas Panhandle...however no injuries were reported.
