Strong to severe thunderstorms over the eastern plains during the early to mid evening hours. Storms built northwestward to the Greeley around where it dump hail and heavy rain causing flooding in parts of Greeley. The downtown area and northeast parts of Greeley experience the heaviest rainfall and worst flooding.
