Radar estimates of rainfall ranged between 2 and 5 inches in a broad area covering portions of Brown, Day, Clark and Codington counties, with public measurements of between 2.76 and 3.5 inches on the west side of Watertown, and an observed rainfall of 2.85 inches near Ferney.
