A series of thunderstorms developed into clusters and short lines that moved east-southeast through southern Wisconsin. Due to a moist atmosphere, heavy rains were reported overnight in the range of 1 inch to slightly over 4 inches. Due to a saturated ground, flash flooding was the result.
