Isolated thunderstorms and storm clusters moved across upstate South Carolina throughout the afternoon and evening. A couple of the storms produced brief damaging wind gusts. One cluster of storms became nearly stationary for a while across Spartanburg County during the evening, resulting in flash flooding.
