A nearly stationary front meandered over NE FL with very high atmospheric moisture with PWATs 2.3-2.6 inches. This forcing and moisture combined with passing short wave troughs aloft and weak mesolows created isolated stronger storms with gusty winds and waves of very heavy, locally flooding rainfall.
