A stalled front across central FL and strong high pressure over the mid-Atlantic region continued strong onshore flow across the local area. Above normal moisture and passing short wave trough energy from the west to southwest continued to fuel localized heavy flooding rainfall. In addition to the heavy rainfall, gusty winds of 35-45 mph were starting to cause isolated trees to blown on due to saturated grounds, including in Duval county.
