Three to five and a half inches of rain fell in two hours from O'Neil Pass to Roubaix Lake along the North Rapid Creek and Rapid Creek upstream of Pactola Reservoir, causing flooding from Rochford to Silver City and in Swede Gulch. Culverts were washed out, sections of roads and the Mickelson Trail were damaged, and a home was flooded.
