Thunderstorms moved across much of northeast Illinois during the late morning and early afternoon hours of April 2nd producing heavy rain, localized flooding and localized wind damage. Additional thunderstorms moved across mainly east central Illinois in the mid to late afternoon, producing two tornadoes and isolated wind damage.
