An ice jam developed on the Pleasant River...in the vicinity of the Pleasant Street Bridge in Milo...during the afternoon of the 18th and persisted into the afternoon of the 21st. Flooding developed in the vicinity of the ice jam. Pleasant River Road and Pleasant Street in Milo were both closed due to the flooding.
