During the late evening of July 30, 2025, numerous thunderstorms developed over the Moneta area to the east of Shoshoni, WY and to the north of Highway 20/26. Radar derived rainfall estimates between 7 PM and 11 PM MDT were 2 to 3 inches, with an additional 1 inch of rainfall estimated the day before (July 29).
