Tropical Storm — Monroe/upper Keys, FL

Tropical Storm Fay moved north from Cuba, through the Florida Straits, and passed north through the Lower Florida Keys during the evening of August 18, 2008. Fay produced tropical storm force winds, two tornadoes and heavy rainfall in the Florida Keys, however storm surge impact was minimal.
