A significant early-season winter storm brought significant precipitation and wind to Central and Southern California. Rainfall totals across the forecast area ranged between 1 and 3 inches. Along with the rainfall totals, the rainfall rates were high enough to produce mud and debris flows near some burn areas. In the mountains, significant winter storm conditions were reported.
