For the third consecutive day a powerful storm system brought a round of severe thunderstorms containing damaging straight line winds and two tornadoes which occurred Friday afternoon and night. These storms were associated with a strong upper system moving across the region. Most of the damage was associated with straight line winds to be 70 to 90 mph.
