Flash Flood — Chautauqua, NY

A warm front brought heavy rains to the western southern tier of New York. Portions of Chautauqua County received upwards of two inches of rain in about two hours. Several local roads were damaged by the flash flooding that resulted. Specific roads included: Frew Run Road and Old Warren Road in the town of Carroll; Hunt Road and Fairmount Avenue in Lakewood; and West Perimeter Road in Onoville.
