Flash Flood — Webster, LA

Flash flooding was reported across portions of northeast Texas into northwest and north central Louisiana during the morning hours of October 12th. These storms developed along a stationary boundary which helped to focus heavy rainfall along the Interstate 20 corridor of northeast Texas and northern Louisiana. A very moist airmass was in place across the region when the storms developed and trained across the same general area.
