On the morning and afternoon of the 30th, a cold front interacted with a moist and unstable airmass. The rich air mass caused some locally heavy rains across southeast Arkansas. There were closures of roads due to flooded conditions over portions of Ashley and Chicot counties. Numerous roads were closed due to flooding across Ashley county.
