Low pressure moved out of the Mid-Atlantic region and across southern New England on March 22nd and 23rd. The storm system produced 1.5 to 2 inches of rain across the northern Adirondacks and western Champlain Valley in northern New York. The heavy rainfall combined with runoff from melting snow in the Adirondacks to produce scattered flooding.
