A weak upper level disturbance combined with differential heating and old outflow boundaries to produce a large cluster of slow moving thunderstorms across Brooks and Kenedy County during the afternoon of May 25th. Measured and Estimated Rainfall of 5 to 8 inches fell in eastern Brooks County, producing significant flooding in developed locations such as Falfurrias.
