Rainfall of 0.50 to 1.00 inches occurred on the night of the 24th as low pressure tracked across central NY. In addition, mild temperatures remained over the region through the end of the month. The mild temperatures continued melting of snowpack. This amounted to a period of prolonged minor flooding at a few river forecast points from the 25th to the 30th.
