Torrential downpours caused by successive thunderstorms caused flash flooding along the Monocacy Creek as well as urban and poor drainage flooding in the Lehigh Valley during the morning of the 10th. Runoff from morning heavy rain also caused flooding to occur in Chester County along the East Branch of the Brandywine Creek on the afternoon of the 10th. Doppler Radar storm total estimates were 4 to 5 inches in the Lehigh Valley and the Lehigh Valley International Airport measured 5.67 inches. Dop
