Heavy rains during the third week of July resulted in the La Moine River at Colmar going above the moderate flood stage level of 22 feet around 630 am CDT July 20. It crested around 23.8 feet around 1 am CDT July 22. It fell below the moderate flood stage level around 9 am July 23.
