A series of convective events impacted the region during the day and into the overnight hours. Thunderstorms initially affected central Missouri producing heavy rainfall and localized flooding. Thunderstorms propagated southeast across the Missouri Ozarks through the afternoon with an isolated severe storm impacting the Rogersville area with strong microbursts.
