A strong low pressure system moved across the Upper Ohio Valley bringing heavy rain as well as a line of severe thunderstorms. Flooding of streams and creeks was widespread across eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania. Isolated wind damage from severe thunderstorms occurred with a cold front in the morning.
