A Nor���Easter occurred during Sunday and Monday, April 15th and 16th. It brought heavy rain that caused widespread and significant river, stream, and urban flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas. Significant river flooding lasted through April 23rd.|Flooding resulted in 2 deaths and in millions of dollars in property damage.
