A multi-round severe weather event developed during the early morning hours of the 20th and lasted into the afternoon of the 21st. There were breaks in the episodes of the storms, but the axis of the activity mainly stayed across the northern sections of the forecast area. During these episodes, scattered supercell thunderstorms developed and produced large hail along with some damaging winds.
