A small complex of thunderstorms developed over eastern Minnesota early in the morning of the 16th. These storms then moved into central Wisconsin during the late morning dropping some locally heavy rain. This heavy rain produced some localized flooding that washed out a couple of culverts in the vicinity of Snyder Lake (Clark County).
