Flash Flood — Richland, SC

A line of showers and thunderstorms produced locally heavy rain that produced flooding in Downtown Columbia. There were multiple cars stuck in high water across the city. Sewers were overflowing in the Rosewood Community. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain fell in just under 2 hours.
