May 9, 2007
A dryline extended southward across the eastern Permian Basin and the lower Trans-Pecos region. Showers and thunderstorms initiated along the dryline and produced heavy rainfall. Because this event followed major flooding in Ector County on both May 2 and May 8, additional heavy rainfall in this area caused extensive problems across much of Ector County.
