A line of marginally severe thunderstorms developed along a dryline/cold front combination as it moved across the region. Some of the storms north of Interstate 20 produced hail up to 2 in diameter. Golf ball sized hail was reported at the North Texas Regional Airport in Grayson County, and this hail dented several planes and other vehicles at the airport.
