Heavy Rain

Diurnal storms developed each afternoon during the period as a result of a warm and moist air mass in place across the ArkLaMiss. The storms produced thunderstorm wind damage and hail, typical for this time of year in Mississippi. Slow storm motions led to some flash flooding as well.
